September : 'H' gets her Shodan (black belt)

A notable event this year was H getting her Shodan (black belt).

During H's grading she made an impression on the Dan grade panel. Not just her style of aikido but also the level of fitness that she has., a few younger participants where taken off the mat due to not being fit enough.
