Congratulations to Sensei Al for obtaining his Nidan (2nd Dan) and congratulations to Paul, Jamie and Chantal for passing their Shodan (1 st Dan).

I would also like to thank Sensei's H, Chris, Mike, and John for all their work and help as well as Sesnei Pete and Sensei Larbi for their time and adding their knowledge.

Paul, Chris and Luke did a great job as uke's and worked very hard.

The day showed how a group of Aikidoka's with various stlyes and opinions can get together and make Aikido really work.

Well done to everyone.
